Anand is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a Masters in Business Management. He is a 17-year industry veteran with over a decade of experience in the Middle East, working in various capacities in IT organizations with various practices from SI to distributor to principals. Overall, Anand’s understanding of the market and the vision to create a value for niche products in the market led to incubation of the company. Anand’s previous experience includes Barracuda Networks as Head of Business for Middle East.
Sarfaraz Kazi is the Technical Director for Spectrami and an industry veteran. He has over 12 years’ experience in various roles from leadership to mid-management in the Technical domain with an astute understanding of enterprise infrastructure business. Sarfaraz has functional understanding of business management, technology and customer business drivers with strong analytical and conceptual knowledge.
Prior to joining Spectrami, he was the CEO of a Systems Integrator covering Southern region of Africa across 3 countries dealing in infrastructure solutions.
Vice President – Sales, ME
Prakash brings with him more than 21 years of experience, majority of which is in the Middle East which enables him to forefront Spectrami’s development plans in the region. He is responsible for formulating Strategy and leading the teams to execute the same to enable growth and to achieve Sales & Operational excellence. He is Specialized in scaling companies operation in a leadership role and growing the business exponentially with innovative strategies and team management expertise. Numerous business awards attached with his name makes him distinct in the market. Prior to joining Spectrami, Prakash had played a pivotal role in the start-up and expansion of First Video Communications, Visionare Technology Group, and few more organizations.
Director of Operations – KSA
He has more than 20 years of experience in IT in the Middle East Africa region. He started his career in Saudi Arabia with a System Integrator and worked there for 7 years. Then he moved to Dubai with a Distributor (Aptec, an Ingram Micro Company), worked there for 11 years in various positions and left as Business Unit Manager. He then joined Al Masa for an assignment to build Software Division as GM – Software Division, moved to a Vendor as Regional Manager and worked with Vendor for three years before moving to Spectrami in Sep 2013.
Global Alliance Director
Anas is responsible for managing Spectrami’s Global Alliance Program and Vendor Acquisition Strategies. Anas is industry recognized for his ability to drive next level growth, with 12 years’ experience representing Global Distribution Companies and Vendors. With a background of achievement across the region, executing innovative strategies, alongside new business models, he is a key player in Spectrami’s expansion program. As part of the Senior Management Team, he will focus on acquiring new Vendors and Alliances in addition to evaluating Spectrami’s overall portfolio to ensure next level growth.
Sales Director, UK
Nicola has a background in Security and has spent time working for integrators, vendors and distribution so understands the requirements of all parties in the channel model. She has also worked for large organisations such as Microsoft where she was part of the team responsible for the Enterprise and Partner group sales and operational strategy. More recently she has worked with both large vendors and start ups to help define their go to market strategies, messaging and sales strategy, always with an eye on increasing revenues. She has now joined Spectrami to expand our operations to Northern Europe.
